Registration for the CORESTA AP2017 will be available from June 2017, according the following conditions:

The delegate registration fee includes:

  • Meeting bag and documents

  • Field Trip (Oct 25, afternoon)

  • All transportation in Santa Cruz do Sul during the Conference

SUB-GROUP AND TASK FORCE MEETINGS

Sub-Group and Task Force meetings are being organized prior to the main Conference. The list of meetings is available on the CONFERENCE PROGRAM link.

 

How to Register

Online submission is the fastest way to register for the Meeting and also for making hotel reservations. Please click the button (Registration) to access the registration form.

Transportation from Porto Alegre Airport to Santa Cruz do Sul

A reception team designated by the Organizing Committee will welcome participants in the arrivals area of International Airport in Porto Alegre, on October 21 (Saturday) and on Sunday 22. All will be taken to a comfortable VIP room to wait until the scheduled shuttle departure time to Santa Cruz do Sul (150 km, about two hours trip), which will be provided by the Organizing Committee at different times to be communicated closer to the time , according to participants' flight arrival times.

The round trip ticket will cost R$ 150,00 per person, including the VIP room with free access to beverages and snacks. For comfort and peace of mind, the Organizing Committee suggests choosing this alternative (optional) in the Registration Form, which must also be paid with the Registration fee.

Payment

Registration fee payments (as well as Shuttle expenses, mentioned above) must be made online by credit card, using the link in the Registration Form. This form must be filled in, and at the end, a credit card option should be selected (VISA, MASTERCARD, ELO, DINNERS, AMERICAN EXPRESS) in order to make the payment.

The payment must be made in Reais, the Brazilian currency.

In case the credit card payment is not successful, we kindly request that you contact the Organizing Committee Secretary, so we can advise you on how to proceed.

 

Confirmation of pre-registration

A confirmation letter will be sent after receipt of the payment. Participants are requested to present the confirmation letter at the Registration Desk, which will be located at SindiTabaco’s Office, in Santa Cruz do Sul, on Saturday 21 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday 23 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This letter should be given to confirm the participant's personal identification and to complete the registration process. The participant will then receive the event materials (such as the event bag and documents).

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations are to be communicated to the Organizing Committee in writing by e-mail coresta-AP2017@sinditabaco.com.br, or by the chat channel.

Registration cancellations will be accepted up to October 8, 2017. However, a fee of R$ 300,00 (aprox. US$ 100,00) will be deducted to cover expenses in sending money overseas, as required by the Central Bank in Brazil.

Refunds will be made only after the event, in November.

There will be no refund for cancellations made on or after October 9, 2017.

 

VISA REQUIREMENTS AND INVITATION LETTER

The Organizing Committee recommends that all participants consult the nearest Brazilian Embassy or Consulate in their individual countries in order to obtain information about the need for an entrance Visa for Brazil.

LIABILITY STATEMANT AND INSURANCE POLICY

Registration fees do not include insurance policy. Therefore, we recommend that each participant make their own travel and health insurance.

We would like to inform participants that CORESTA and SINDITABACO are not liable in any way for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind involving persons or property during the meeting. CORESTA and SINDITABACO cannot be held responsible for any impediment or interruption of meetings due to political, social or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control.

The SINDITABACO, through the Organizing Committee, reserve the right to make changes where deemed necessary, without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subject to Brazilian law.
